Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Operate dish machine to company and manufacturers specifications.
· Provide clean and sanitized utensils, plate ware, glassware and cookware.
· Restocks all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans in proper areas.
· Keeps dish area clean by sweeping, mopping floors, wiping counters, and emptying trash.
· Removes all garbage.
· Assists the cook(s) with food preparation as requested.
· Assists the cook(s) in properly labeling, covering and storing food after each meal period.
· Performs shift change and/or closing duties.
· Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner.
· Maintains a professional, fun, and friendly attitude.
